I had a frustrating time trying to return my order. I thought it would be simple enough, just start the return, follow the steps, and be done — but it ended up feeling like way more work than it should’ve been.
The exchange instructions weren’t super clear, so I kept having to go back and check what I was supposed to do next. Then waiting around for replies made it even more annoying, it just didn’t feel smooth or easy at any point.
Maybe other people had a better experience, but for me the whole return policy process was a hassle. I’d be hesitant to order again unless they make returns a lot simpler

I used the size guide and still ended up with something too small. I even double-checked before ordering. Returning it was a hassle too, so yeah, I wouldn’t rely on their chart

The site looks decent overall, but am I missing something with the mobile experience? Finding the right sizes felt a little clunky, and checking out on my phone was slower than I expected. It worked in the end, just wasn’t as smooth as I’d hoped.

I did get my refund in the end, so that part was fine, but it definitely took longer than I thought it would. Support got back to me and was okay to deal with, I just expected the whole process to be a bit clearer and faster

I ordered one thing and got something completely different. I reached out to support thinking it would be a quick fix, but it turned into a whole back-and-forth where they kept asking for different stuff and changing what they needed from me. Felt like the goalposts kept moving, and in the end they still didn’t really fix the issue.

The brand feels real to me overall, like they actually know what they’re doing. A few things still come off a little forced tho, but not enough to totally ruin the vibe.

I really liked how the shirt looked when it arrived, but the quality was kind of disappointing. The fabric felt thinner than I expected, and some of the stitching already seemed a little loose. After just one wash, it didn’t look as nice anymore. I was also annoyed because the terms around the deal/return policy seemed to change or weren’t what I thought when I ordered, which made the whole thing more frustrating. It’s not the worst shirt ever, but for me it wasn’t worth the money.

Tried to check out and it failed twice. i’m tired of running into the same issue again, so I just gave up

The order itself was fine, but the packaging wasn’t great. The box came all bent up, and one of the items had some scuffs on it. Not the end of the world, but still. For the price, I expected it to be packed with a little more care. Kinda disappointing.

I like the overall look of duvindesign.com. It’s clean, modern, and some of the stuff has that relaxed beachy feel I’m into.

Some pieces just didn’t really grab me though. A few felt basic for the price, or kind of like things I’ve seen elsewhere.
Overall, it’s decent. Nice colors, good style, but I’d probably only buy if something really stood out.

I ordered a shirt from Duvin Design because, at least in the photos, it had this soft washed blue look that I really liked. That was basically the whole reason I bought it. But when it showed up, it was way darker in person and almost had a teal/green thing going on. I know lighting and screens can make colors look a little different, and I get that, but this wasn’t just a small difference. It felt like a totally different shade. Kind of frustrating because everything else almost didn’t matter after that. I probably wouldn’t order again unless the product photos get updated to show the color more accurately.

I really wanted to like this, but it just wasn’t comfortable for me. Compared to a few similar ones I’ve used from other brands, this felt a lot less supportive and harder to relax with. It might work for someone else, but for me it wasn’t a good fit.

I ordered from duvindesign.com a while back, I think sometime in March or maybe early April, and I was expecting a bit more for what I paid. The design was fine, not bad or anything, but it didn’t really feel special enough to justify the price.

This was a letdown. The seams started ripping after just two washes, which is kinda ridiculous. Definitely not worth the money, tbh

The timing felt all over the place, and the updates were slow enough that I kept having to check on it myself. It kind of felt like the goalposts kept moving on when it would actually arrive. Overall, the experience was basically okay, and I didn’t have any major issues beyond the fact that the specific stuff I went in looking for wasn’t really available in the sizes I needed. I was disappointed with this. The fabric feels scratchy and kind of cheap, and it’s not comfortable to wear at all. I tried to like it, but nope

I reached out to duvindesign.com about an issue with my order, and it took way longer than I expected to get a response. When they finally did reply, it was brief and didn’t really solve anything. Not saying it’s a scam, but it definitely felt like I was being ignored. Overall, not a great customer service experience for me.

I ordered a couple things from Duvin and I really liked the overall style, but I don’t know why the sizing just felt a little inconsistent for me. One of the shirts was kind of boxy and seemed bigger than what I expected from the size chart, but the shorts were a bit tight. Nothing was bad enough to be a dealbreaker, just not exactly the fit I thought I was getting. I’d probably order again, but I’d definitely think more about sizing next time
